  How do I check the status of my order?
You can quickly check the status for any Internet, phone or mail/fax order, by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site. Check your Order Status now or read below for more information. Select your order from the dropdown list and click on the "View Order" button.

When you place an order at JingosPlayhouse.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your client number and order number. If you do not have your client number or order ID number please refer to your confirmation e-mail or contact us by emailing CustomerService@JingosPlayhouse.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you select. If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. See our Shipping & Handling section for information about shipping rates and details.
 
  How do I return an item?
All returns must be preceded with an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please obtain an "RMA" number from customer service either by email, fax or by telephone. Any item(s) returned without an "RMA" number will be refused and sent back to the return address. You will need to fill out this form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item.

What are your hours of operation?
JingosPlayhouse.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need information regarding an item, ordering please feel free to email CustomerService@JingosPlayhouse.com.
 
How do I check on back order item(s)?
You can check the status of your back order item(s) by emailing CustomerService@JingosPlayhouse.com. If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
 
Do you accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders?
We do accept cashier checks and money orders, however, at this time we do not accept personal checks. When ordering and paying by cashier check or money order be sure to include shipping charges.
 
  Why can my order take 2-4 weeks to deliver?
JingosPlayhouse.com will ship your item(s) to you nearly anywhere in the world. All orders are processed immediately and shipped according to availability.  Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items). Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available.  These items will be shipped immediately upon reception.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
 
  Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
Express delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please see shipping & handling for more information.
