  Returns policy:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
 
How to return or exchange an item
All returns must be preceded with an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please obtain an "RMA" number from customer service either by email, fax or by telephone. Any item(s) returned without an "RMA" number will be refused and sent back to the return address. You will need to fill out this form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item.
 
All returns for refund that are postmarked within 10 days of the invoice shipping date will be credited to your credit card account. Please allow 30 days for refund or charge credit. Refunds for items returned more than 10 days after the shipping date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable through JingosPlayhouse.com. No items will be accepted for return, credit or exchange after 15 days.  Please note: We will not except items that are damaged, creased, soiled, worn, have an odor or otherwise not returned in sellable condition. By law, thongs, g-strings, latex, swimwear, bikinis, stockings, briefs and other intimately worn items (lingerie, for example) are not returnable. All items returned of this nature will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Returned items must be returned in the condition they were sent, with tags intact. Shoes, boots and leather sets may be returned for an exchange in size only, no refunds or credits are given. All returned items for refund, not exchange, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations: All orders that have been cancelled after a 24 hour period of placing the order; orders cancelled after they have been sent to our manufacture for production; and orders that have been denied or refused upon delivery will incur a 20% fee. All jewelry, fragrances & special/custom orders are final sale items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please send your package(s), including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

Note: Please write your issued "RMA" number on the top right corner of the back of your invoice, as well as the outside label of your return item where it is visible and can easily be viewed.
