U.S. Ground delivery services:
Ground delivery services (3-5 days) is our standard shipping method in the United States. *Please Note: Most garments are made to order. Ground delivery time is only the deliver time that takes 3-5 days, not the production time of the garments. All Ground delivery may require 2-4 weeks for delivery.

U.S. Express delivery services:
Express delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service to shipping addresses in the U.S. territories. If you're shipping to a U.S. territory, the order will usually arrive within 10-14 business days.

Shipping Delays:
Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs. If merchandise has not been received within the specified time, please email: CustomerService@JingosPlayhouse.com
 
Customs and import duties information:                  
For all countries except U.S. and Canada Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jingo's Playhouse does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

*Please note: In most cases there will be additional freight charges applied to your order based on weight and destination. You will not see these charges upon processing your online order. These additional charges will be added and all receipt and order totals will be adjusted upon shipping.
 
International shipping restrictions:
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all countries. The following list outlines those restrictions:
 
Fragrance:
We restrict the shipment of alcohol-based product to all countries except U.S. territories and Canada.

Shipping methods for backordered items:
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

Lost or stolen shipments:
Jingo's Playhouse will not be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments of any kind. All domestic lost or stolen shipments sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS are not considered lost until thirty (30) days have pass from the original ship date, and sixty (60) days for international shipments. If you suspect your shipment to be lost or stolen please contact Jingo's Playhouse customer service department by email, fax or telephone. We will then take the necessary information and make contact with the shipping company to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment in thirty (30) days, Jingo's Playhouse will file a lost/stolen claim and paperwork may be sent to you to be signed. Jingo's Playhouse will notify you once a full investigation has been performed, and final results can be shown.
